Poor customer service

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered birthday items and had a shipping email sent 4 days before the specified date. The items arrived late (2/3 and 5 days after the allotted date) and not together - despite being sold as a set. Sent emails chasing the initial missing items and had apologetic but pointless response back. Other items arrived but not as a set and marked at 48hr postage so clearly were not sent out when the shipping email stated. Had to chase again and asked for a refund for not fulfilling their purpose or products and had poor, ungrammatically correct emails back or no emails. Still not resolved/ had a response to last email after nearly a month and they don't seem bothered about customer service! Do not use them they will fob you off about using 3rd party companies.
