Thank heavens for paypal!
I have used gearbest for years without any major issue. However after ordering an elephone from them and finding it was a faulty returns they had sent me I asked for a return. They offered me £20 to keep a £150 faulty phone! Then every time I opened a service ticket with them they closed it! I returned the phone at my cost of £15 with it being tracked as signed for but them claiming they hadn't had it. Only after opening a paypal claim did they accept they had it but refused to replace/fix it until I closed the paypal claim. What I would not do! In the end paypal refunded me in full. The worst lying customer service I have ever used.
