Good Website, BUT poor Quidco Cashback
I have been using Gearbest for a number of years now, and I truly can't fault them.
The majority of the items they sell are at a bargain price with free delivery, but with around 10% of items at a worse prices than buying straight from the UK (basically the third party sellers are taking the Mick with foreign buyers, so you avoid them).
When it comes to them as a website, I really can't say anything negative, as I've never had any problems with over 60 orders (great prices & relatively quick delivery from China).
My only disappointment with Gearbest is when it comes to cashback via Quidco. In the last year I've never had any problems, but in the last few months, the last 3 orders made via Quidco haven't tracked. Nearly all of them have been at times when Quidco are offering an extra £2.50 purchase bonus (hang on, maybe it's Quidco who don't want to pay out! lol). Basically, none of my orders have tracked with Gearbest in recent times, even though I have made no changes to my browser. Those in the know will understand that for valid tracking from Quidco, all 'Ad-Blockers' & cookie blockers in your browser should be de-activated for Quidco tracking to fully work. Yet Quidco, still aren't confirming tracking and paying out. I guess it's time to use another Chinese supplier, as there are so many.
