1st order accepted but then cancelled. 2nd order shipped but cashback declined. Avoid

placed 1st order which was accepted but then got an email to call back - obviously they didn't bother to call me first. So I called back and was told that that I need to pay extra - there is an error in the system accepting the discount code which was published. Anyway so agree to have it cancelled as otherwise I am concerned that the cashback will be declined with partial payment done via phone placed a new 2nd order without discount code. shipping was fast but now cashback declined. raised a claim and will see. Price not the greatest but went for them as they offer decent cashback, clearly now not impressed and not sure when use again

Did Not Pay Cash Back

Goldsmiths failed to pay-out on the agreed cashback without giving any reason. Sent over £300 on an item and therefore cashback played a part in my purchase decision. Very Disappointed.

Awful do not use the cashback incentive

Awful do not use the cashback incentive, tracked fine, and even when making claim for a valid purchase they still declined. Basically do not use Goldsmiths
