Completely unreliable and like dealing with a brick wall... Not impressed
There are a number of titles that I've been following for years, where I genuinely look forward to the latest articles / content, so it's always seemed like a sensible approach that, with the rising cost of magazines, I would use the benefits of QuidCo and get a little something back.
Now, I'd like to say that my experiences aren't based on just one incident, but actually consistently poor experiences over a number of years.
Basically, not once has one of my purchases from Great Magazines resulted in a cashback being honored.
I've purchased everything from single magazines (special editions), which should have had the lowest rate of cashback, right the way through to full subscriptions, where the cashback should be been more.
I'm not just talking about one of each transactions either, but MANY (more than two of each in my book).
The transactions have tracked, but they've always been declined by (Not So) 'Great' Magazines.
I've followed this up with the QuidCo Support people (who are as helpful as they possibly can be), but it's off the back of the most recent 'failure' from Great Magazines that I've written this review.
Honestly, if I could give Great Magazines 'no stars' I would.
Oh, and I've also spoken to Great Magazines on the phone and written to them (not just about their Customer Service, but about actually sending me the completely wrong products). It tells me everything, that they didn't even have the decency to respond to a recorded letter.
Yes, I still buy the magazines in the shops, but at least I don't have to deal with the frustration of the 'Great' Magazines (lack of) service.
