Amazing sofa, cashback paid

Sofa's brilliant and I have received the cashback. However the sofa took 13 weeks and the cashback took a couple of months after delivery.

Still waiting for cashback

Ordered and paid for sofa in October. It was delivered first week in January (which suited me) BUT still waiting for cashback (though it has been showing as tracked of last 3 months). Fingers crossed.

My Harvey's Larder

I love my new larder, there is absolutely no doubt about that and Harvey's were swift in getting it to me and in good condition. No qualms about the quality of the product or the company in terms of customer service! However I am disappointed with the failure to track to quidco, I did everything required and now I have had to raise a claim which will be on hold for some time. This process needs reviewing between quidco and Harvey's! We spent a considerable amount and chose to do this via quidco but feel we did not benefit on this occasion...I hope the matter is resolved soon and we receive the cash back we were expecting...
