Poor product, poor customer service

Purchased two items - one was okay, the other very poor quality and appeared faulty - contacted customer service, slow response (they claim within 12 hours, was actually two days) - their response was basically 'if you don't like it, send it back' - fine - but you have to pay for returns with this company and in my opinion the item was faulty - they failed to respond to my second email which was a week ago. Returned the item at my own expense and still waiting for a refund on it. Won't be using them again, you can buy the same products elsewhere, get better service and free returns.
