Excellent service

Made about 20 bookings in the last 5 years and only been denied the cash back once. Apparently they thought I hired a van (no cash back) but I had a car. Only £1.26 lost so I let it go.

Cash back is great as a % but never tracks.

I have made 3 bookings and each time the cash back has not tracked and they won't allow you to lodge a claim. I've tried it via the app as well as a desktop and still no joy. Very disappointing.
