No cashback after 6 months!

Service was really good in relation car hire and we had no issues with this. However, the cashback, having tracked in July with the trip taking place in August, has still not been paid in February! The terms state that it will be paid 8-12 weeks after the trip but this is clearly not the case so be aware of this if using the company.

Declined payment

Declined payment. No issues with booking or car hire apart from given a different car to one expected (I appreciate they do not guarantee same model as shown on screen). I have made a claim so will see how that goes. Claim procedure asks for more information than booking reference so have details at hand before you make a claim. Finally when I view my claim it is for £11 rather than the expected £8. Be wary

Holiday Autos is a great company. Their cashback is not!

I would recommend Holiday Autos as a car hire company to anyone travelling and needing a car. I use the company 2-3 time a month and rarely have any problems. Unfortunately the quidco cashback side of things is not so good. I have transactions dating back to June 2018 (10 months) that have tracked but still not paid up. If you use Holiday Autos, just to get cashback i would recommend you look elsewhere.
