No Cashback!

I stayed with Holiday Inn and as always used Quidco. Whilst the cash back tracked originally I was subsequently advised the retailer was not not going to pay, citing the usual stuff about cookies, etc. None of these applied to my method of booking and I have not wandered outside the "rules" for cash back yet the retailer is not paying up. So beware if you can get a better deal do it as cash back is very much in doubt.

Not tracked, not improved since last time on quidco

Made 2 bookings both not tracked. So will have to raise claim. Previously with the holiday inn they very rarely paid out and declined claims. Dont know why quidco have allowed them back. Suggest book through other booking sites as they track and pay.

Long wait then claim declined for no obvious reason

Stayed at the Holiday Inn before going on a Cruise No sign of cash back so raised a claim in May This was finally declined yesterday. I booked the cruise at the same time, on the same computer, with the same cookies etc and was paid my cash back with no problems. Have no idea why they declined my claim. Will not bother in future, very displeased!!!
