Declined for no reason

Took 6 months for Homeserve to then decline my cashback for no reason. The service we have received has been OK, when they eventually turn up (the timescale was between 8am and 6pm, arrived at 5.45pm after waiting in all day). I won't be renewing with Homeserve.

No £50 cashback after 6 months

Been showing on the account history at £50 since December but after chasing it up with Quidco last week its not tracked at £5

No Cashback Poor customer service

Set up my policy October 2016 for HomeServe Cover8 with excess. No cashback paid out after months of waiting got declined. Pointless going through Quidco. Shame as it was the main reason for getting this policy. Had issues when call out and unnecessary delays due to the £50 excess. Then renewal documents received October 2017 renewal gone from £114.00 (2016-2017) to £516.60 (2017-2018) what a difference!!! So please check at renewal. Will not go with Home Serve in future.
