Homeserve Cashback

New customer cashback offer. Cashback did not track automatically had to raise a claim. Has been 3 months and no cashback yet. Have had 1 call out for an Engineer though. They outsource the work to local guys which caused some problems. Not sure I will renew with them.

Declined for no reason

Took 6 months for Homeserve to then decline my cashback for no reason. The service we have received has been OK, when they eventually turn up (the timescale was between 8am and 6pm, arrived at 5.45pm after waiting in all day). I won't be renewing with Homeserve.

No £50 cashback after 6 months

Been showing on the account history at £50 since December but after chasing it up with Quidco last week its not tracked at £5
