Service is beyond appalling
Ordered myself a birthday present on behalf of my inlaws. Paid for next day delivery as I would be in to take receipt.
Item was faulty. Contacted customer services - note only method is via messages, no phone number provided and they won't call you if you ask them to.
Was told I must return item for them to assess whether it is indeed faulty and then send out replacement. Parcel sent. Have provided proof that parcel was delivered to them 4 days ago. They are unable to locate it and process it apparently.
All email correspondence is futile. Any question is met with a stock response.
Will be refunding via Paypal probably.
I always buy online, but have rarely come across service this poor. I have used IWOOT a few times, but they have suddenly got really bad (made me wait a number of weeks for one item they couldn't source in my last order). Indicative of a company that is struggling?
