No payment received

Booked holiday in October 2016. Holiday dates were 11th-18th February. It's now the 24th April and still no cashback payment confirmed. My order was promptly tracked and I'm pleased to read reviews that state others have received their payments so quickly; it's a shame ours hasn't followed suit.
