Been a customer for years but won't be using again

I have used this insurance company for a few years now and when I saw them on Quidco decided I might as well go through there to get some cashback. I purchased an annual insurance policy through Quidco in March, spent over £80, cashback didn't track, almost 7 months later cashback has been decline with no explanation. I can't submit a declined cashback claim because I already submitted a claim to say it hadn't tracked. Can't even find out why they won't pay it!
