Where's the cashback?

The shopping experience, purchasing the items and contact with the retailer are all fine and a good option if you're buying subscription bundles. But don't shop there just for the cashback. Still waiting for cashback confirmation, having placed my order more than 4 months ago.

No cashback

I should have listened to the reviews and the low star rating before ordering. Same problems as other users; cashback declined with no accurate reason and no mechanism to do anything about it. Very frustrating and will not use again. Website itself was ok to use, although very unclear instructions on what happens with a renewed subscription. I have been assured this will be fine, but I cannot confirm this yet, as my renewal month is not up.

Declined and no comeback

A perfectly fair claim was made for an advertised offer and was turned down with a generic list of possible reasons- none of which were valid- and there's nothing I can do about it. Won't use them again.
