Hmmmm..fingers crossed it's OK now.

I was happy with the lens I bought. I am very disappointed that after six months and after using Quidco's claim process, Jessops declined to pay out, claiming I had either cancelled or returned the item. This was not true.I have been happily using my lens for the last six months. I felt conned and a bit cross so I e-mailed Jessops direct (the CEO actually - found him by googling), with a copy of the order and told them how disappointed I was. Very surprised and pleased to get a phone call from their customer services, who explained that at some point the online order had been revised by them for some reason I didn't quite understand. However, they agreed to refund the cashback to my card in the next few days. So hopefully an annoying situation has been resolved. Edit: Promised cash back has now been received - well done them!

Jessops Quidco Not Paid ... again

Even though at the time of reserving the products I was purchasing I got a confirmation popup from Quidco to say: "Your visit has been recorded. Your cashback from any purchase will soon appear in your account" It didn't. Second time I have purchased over £1,000 of goods from Jessops and not got the cashback. It's pointless having Jessops on here me thinks.

Very disappointed with Jessops

Over the years I have spent many thousands of pounds with this supplier (both prior to going under and again since reopening). Usual fantastic service no complaints there. My disappointment comes from the late decline of cutback. Purchase made on 31 March, declined this week (26-30 June) after tracking notifications and nothing to suspect other than waiting for payment throughout. Looking at the dispute process I have to provide a reference number from the time of order. Unfortunately cannot locate in inbox and all Jessops account history deleted / no longer retained (strange!). I've had no issues with competitor WEX whose cashback tracks and pays out every time. Following this disappointment (lost of almost £30) i'll be thinking twice about using this vendor again - shame as great service....
