John Lewis Broadband
Uses "Plusnet" Broadband service and service cost is slightly cheaper than Plusnet if living in a non city location - otherwise Plusnet will be cheaper.
Hand over from previous provider (EE) was not smooth as the go-live email was sent a number of hours after the EE had switched off my previous service and I didn't have emails going to a mobile device - However service desk answer times are good and all issues dealt with quickly.
Using top fibre package. Service working well after couple of weeks of bedding in. Zyxel router provided - not a standard Plusnet device..
Unfortunately Cashback payment of £50 was declined even though I went through the supposedly correct process.... so don't count on it.
