Pleasantly Surprised

Having been let down by a few major broadband providers. my expectations for John Lewis weren't high. I have been very pleasantly surprised by their product and service and would recommend them to anyone. Superfast confirmation of cashback too!

John Lewis Broadband

Uses "Plusnet" Broadband service and service cost is slightly cheaper than Plusnet if living in a non city location - otherwise Plusnet will be cheaper. Hand over from previous provider (EE) was not smooth as the go-live email was sent a number of hours after the EE had switched off my previous service and I didn't have emails going to a mobile device - However service desk answer times are good and all issues dealt with quickly. Using top fibre package. Service working well after couple of weeks of bedding in. Zyxel router provided - not a standard Plusnet device.. Unfortunately Cashback payment of £50 was declined even though I went through the supposedly correct process.... so don't count on it.
