Still waiting for cashback after 6.5 months

Home Insurance was averagely competitive with the £40 cashback. But 6.5 months since my purchase of the policy I have still not received the cashback, which makes a mockery of both the cashback pledge and my value for money calculations. Furthermore, Quidco staff have failed on at least 2 occasions to provide me with any kind of resolution to the issue.

Disappointing - Cashback never arrived.

I am greatly disappointed with John Lewis Home Insurance. I purchased their Premium Building & Contents cover last October through Quidco, it tracked but the cashback never arrived. Still waiting, Quidco is chasing them weekly but hopes are currently running low. My Quidco a/c shows that the cashback has already been paid - this is demonstrably not true! Separately, because it had tracked to the wrong amount, I had to claim the missing £20 and already received it, but the main £45 has never arrived - though it shows it's been paid! Won't buy this insurance again, there are plenty of more competitive offers around. Can't believe it's John Lewis brand, very disappointed. - On a separate note, I do not understand why Quidco shows 5-star reviews first, ie at the top of the list, even though those 5-star ones are very old (more than 8 months ago) - and only if you click "Show more" several times, you get lower-mark reviews. As a result, my very recent low-starred review (from yesterday) shows at the very bottom of the list, and is only visible after several additional clicks. Surely, it should appear close to the top, as it is the very recent and it shows more of a warning for the future customers, so that they are beware of the hiccups. As it is, the list of the reviews looks very biased/skewed towards positive marks so does not look objective enough, it is more of an advertisement than objective reviews.
