Great company but no reward coins awarded

Really pleased with my John Lewis order, fast and easy, but beware of the reward coin offer. Mine has never been awarded and even though queried with quidco, I have never had a response or received the 20 coins!

Exactly how things should be. John Lewis although more expensive than other retailers has good customer service all the way. Can't ever recall having a problem

No coins recorded and Quidco unable to investigate

Bought Christmas gifts which were excellent and free click and collect was great. However, it was advertised that I'd collect 40 reward coins, which haven't tracked. When I tried to flag up the untracked transaction I was welcomed with a message that Quidco is unable to investigate this retailer, which is really disappointing. Other reviews talk about more positive experiences so I guess mine seems more of a one-off error but still ... I will look at other department stores before considering John Lewis again.
