Nothing but problems

Ordered an office chair, had to wait 3 weeks as it was back ordered and I was fine with that. Arrived with the seat missing! I was then given a delivery date for the seat of another month, then told they had found one in stock which they would send out. 6 weeks later nothing had arrived. Then given a delivery date of another month which I refused and asked for a refund. Waited a week for the refund to then be told I needed to send the chair back. Had to wait a week for collection then they didn't bother to tell me they had received the char back. Finally the refund was processed. 2 weeks later a seat and back arrive for the very same chair I sent back, now currently waiting for them to collect this. On the plus side, because this process took so long to sort out the cashback confirmed.
