Rubbish Customer Services
After having been sent a faulty laptop I found the Customer Service Team were a 9 till 5 team, Sales open a lot longer. When contacted told I had to raise an e-ticket, raised and although responses were not automated took to long. 2 weeks later got money back after it was confirmed the machine was faulty but I no longer had time ready to ready the device for what I wanted it for.
Edit: Amended Cashback Payment to Excellent as although I got a refund still got Cashback for it?
