Rubbish Customer Services

After having been sent a faulty laptop I found the Customer Service Team were a 9 till 5 team, Sales open a lot longer. When contacted told I had to raise an e-ticket, raised and although responses were not automated took to long. 2 weeks later got money back after it was confirmed the machine was faulty but I no longer had time ready to ready the device for what I wanted it for. Edit: Amended Cashback Payment to Excellent as although I got a refund still got Cashback for it?

Cashback not paid

I have a receipt. I bought through Quidco. Claim failed - no explanation as to why claim failed. I have used this retailer in the past for other purchases and have been happy. A shame to be let down in this way over the largest purchase I have made.

Cashback declined

I have chased and complained about not getting cashback on a legitimate purchase. There was no reason given. In future I will order from ebuyer or another seller who keeps their word and are just as competitive. As a regular user and supplier of computing equipment I will only now use them as a last resort.
