Good Car Park - poor payment of cash back

A great place to park the car, although, they seem to be overselling spaces, with cars parking opposite others making getting into and out of other spaces incredibly difficult. This is a new theme and one I hope they stop quickly. Cashback takes far too long to process - my claims average 6 months after I have parked there!

1 full year! It's a bit excessive! Parking was fine and price must have been ok though I can hardly remember now!

Frequently decline cashback without reason

I often travel through Stansted and book parking in the Mid-stay or short-stay through Quidco at the Stansted airport site. The car parks are ok however for no apparent reason they often decline the cashback even after the claims process. Quidco needs to look into this as we are often booking the parking based on the price with cashback included. A valid reason for the declined cashback would be useful after the claims process as they usually mention that a voucher or extra discount has been used which isn't the case for my recently declined claims.
