Did not deliver. Waste of 50 pound
Very disappointed with this company. A little apprehensive using them at first because it's a very expensive expense in addition to your holiday flights, accommodation, insurance, transfers, food etc but decided to go ahead as a one-off to treat my husband.
As soon as I purchased them Lounge Pass immediately knew they would be void so they need to improve their website. I don't often travel abroad and didn't realise the lounges were situated beyond the security check points. I was travelling from South Terminal but bought them for the North Terminal, thinking I had plenty of time to get across.
There should be a big red warning message that appears when you type in a different terminal (which they do ask at the time of booking) saying you cannot continue with your booking as this is not feasible. I did give them the opportunity to refund me but they did not do so. They kept my money even though they know I couldn't use their service. Stay away from this over-priced company!! They choose money over their customers. It simply is not good business etiquette to keep a customer's money and not providing the goods.
