Failure to track full order value and pay cashback based on that value
I purchased 2 outbound and 2 return tickets through Lufthansa. Unfortunately, only 1 of the outbound tickets actually got tracked. Lufthansa have subsequently declined the remaining (75%) of the cashback, perhaps because they see an amount paid out against the order number. There seems to be no adequate way to tell them that they've only paid out a small percentage of the overall ticket price and it is disappointing that their own procedures do not pick up the total cost of an order automatically.
Lufthansa do not appear capable of explaining why they've declined this cashback. If they could point to some clause that I'm overlooking then fine. But in the meantime, I can only recommend that others do not concern themselves with Lufthansa's offers until they have sorted themselves out.
