cash didn't track automatic,submitted claim manually and found out it will take 6 months to process the claim I think it's too late by the people even forget about their purchase

lyca sim purchase

its been 4weeks now sim delivered topped up but cash back not tracked yet,wuidco says it will take 6 months to resolve as they have to wait for retailer to process. very poor service from both quidco n lyca mobile as its not been even tracked how m I suppose to remember what I purchase 6 months ago,not worth it to keep chasing for six months for for cadh back, it should be simple and reliable at least in tracking.

Ordered a SIM and topped up , cash back never tracked , submitted a claim , claim declined saying that terms not met , avoid , they do not want to pay the cash back even if you are genuine.
