Great items from mamas and papas. Lovely clothes and quick cashback. Never had a issue with items or with getting cashback.
Nursery furniture
Ordered a nursery furniture set with the build service. The website was easy to navigate. The delivery was on the confirmed date and the guys delivering/building were quick and efficient- it took them just over an hour to build the 3 piece set. M&P do use a 3rd which I did need to call to confirm the day however once this was confirmed they did stick with it, actually came a little early & were brilliant. I think it would have easily taken us days to complete (were not flatpack experts!), plus they took all of the packaging away. On top of that, cashback as been paid 2 weeks after delivery which is the quickest I've ever seen. I'll definitely consider buying more from mamas & papas just for the speed of cashback payment speed.
Do not like to pay cash back
Placed two orders with this company a week apart. First one was declined for cash back and so challenged this. It was rejected by retailer and the second one did too. I contacted the retailer directly who said that I had used a cash back service that I had never heard on. I advised this to them and they said it wasn't there problem as they had paid cash back to this company. I wasn't going to accept this so contacted this company directly and guess what, they confirmed I had never had cash back through them, nor ever had a account and they had not received cash back from mamas and papas for my transactions. Armed with this I went back to the retailer and they still was not interested, clearly they are lying about paying cash back and I believe they offer this just to encourage people in. Do a search engine search and you find many people with the similar issue. In the end I took all £400 worth of goods back to there head office shop for a refund, all for the sake of a few quid this company aren't interested in there customers and I will never use nor recommend these cow boys again
