They have declined me twice

Have booked this company twice now. Each time, they have declined the claim the day after booking. Waiting to see what now happens. It's a shame as it is a good service

Awful, just awful

I travel a fair bit for business. I have used Gatwick's official parking a few times and it has been excellent. I booked meet and greet. This is mean't to help you avoid waiting. I waited in the cold for 40 mins upon my return. There were families with toddlers who waited longer than me. The staff were unprofessional and blamed their bosses. To add insult to injury they also declined my cashback.
