Good retailer but cashback not paid
Website, ordering and delivery booking all straightforward. Like that orders can be amended once placed before delivery. Dislike that a mandatory bag charge is enforced as there is no option to deliver without bags. Other online supermarket delivery services have this option.
Cashback tracked very quickly but was declined after 6 months. Reason given was that the tracking isn't followed through by Ocado as they claimed the referral did not occur through Quidco but another party. Whatever the reason don't rely on getting the cashback as many others have recently complained too.
