Declined cash back
Booked a mini cruise to Bruges, trip was great but P&O declined my cash back. Booked via Quidco, no problems that I was aware of, cashback was tracking right up until I went on my trip and the day after I returned it was declined. Most annoyed as the decent cashback meant we used what we expected to get back to get an upgrade on a cabin. Really not impressed and there seems to be no way to contact P&O or appeal this.
