Couldn't be better

I'm very impressed with P&O Ferries and their payment of cashback. I've booked via Quidco several times - transactions always tracked and always paid. No problems at all. We've also had great service on their ferries from Dover to Calais and return. The staff are lovely, and the ferries comfortable. We tend to use the Brasserie restaurant and Club Lounge though as they're more peaceful and we need to rest for a long journey. We were delayed once and had to take a later crossing for which we were compensated. Can't fault them!

Cashback severely delayed

I booked a ferry crossing in April 2016, for travel in May 2016 half term. The crossing was okay, although the journey back was delayed a couple of hours. It is now June 2017, and the cash back relating to this travel has still not been paid by P&O.

Declined cash back

Booked a mini cruise to Bruges, trip was great but P&O declined my cash back. Booked via Quidco, no problems that I was aware of, cashback was tracking right up until I went on my trip and the day after I returned it was declined. Most annoyed as the decent cashback meant we used what we expected to get back to get an upgrade on a cabin. Really not impressed and there seems to be no way to contact P&O or appeal this.
