Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary through Quidco’s Compare insurance comparison.
2. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw is being run by Moneysupermarket House, St.David's Park, Ewloe, CH5 3UZ
4. Quidco reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without warning.
5. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK (excl Northern Ireland), over 18 years of age, your name and DOB will need to be registered on your Quidco account and we may ask for proof of age. (Quidco employees are excluded from the draw).
6. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
7. The starts 00:00:01 1st January 2022 and ends on 23:59:59 31st March 2022.
8. A maximum of 1 entry per individual per category (Home,Car, Pet and Travel insurance) is permitted.
9. The prize draw is free to enter.
10. By entering you agree to Quidco contacting you for a quote about your win for use across, but not limited to: www.quidco.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
11. Winner’s will be contacted via their Quidco account details. Further details may be required before payment is made. 

How to enter

1. To enter the prize draw you must conduct an insurance quote through Quidco Compare, for Car, Home, Pet or Travel insurance
2. One winner per category will be selected randomly from individuals who entered during the period the prize draw is live.
3. Quidco will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

1. The prize is £1,000 to be paid into the winners corresponding Quidco account. 
2. The winner(s) will be drawn at random.
3. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of Quidco regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into it.

Winner announcement

1. The winner(s) will be notified during April 2022 via the email registered with Quidco.
2. Quidco will attempt to contact the winner(s) by email up to two times.
3. If the winner(s) does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidco reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

1. Please allow upto 14 days for delivery of the prize into your Quidco account. 

Data protection and publicity

1. Quidco would like to use your personal information you provide in entering the prize draw for the purposes of promoting the prize draw winner(s). If you don’t want any personal details using, please notify us of this on receiving the winning confirmation email.
2. All members may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at customersupport@quidco.com
3. An announcement of the winners provided and authorised personal details will be made via Quidco social channels
4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Quidco’s Privacy Notice.
5. Quidco may receive data from the insurance quote provider in order to facilitate this prize draw. All data shall be used in accordance with Quidco’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidco does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Quidco does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
2. Quidco does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. Upon receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.

General

1. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
