WARNING - do not use

They failed to collect parcel on the day, I waited in all day for them. However, this is the problem, they will charge you £6 to rebook a collection or to cancel. It doesn't matter whether it is their fault or your fault, they will still charge £6. What is strange is that they don't even dispute whose fault it is, they just simply refuse to do anything unless you pay an additional charge.
