No cash back

I cannot fault pets at home for their products or delivery speed as both were very good but i had to put a claim in as my cash back did not track I received a reply and my claim was unsuccessful because pets at home could not say for sure i went through quidco which is strange because every other purchase i have made with other retailers has tracked I will still buy my products there as my dog has their own brand food but it is too stressful to use them on here

Unbelievably slow cashback - half a year?!

Though the products were excellent and actually came in earlier than expected the cashback is unbelievably slow. I made two purchases at the end of March and apparently expect to receive the cashback in September! I did this when Quidco had a £5 bonus for purchases over £10 and I have been told I won't receive the £5 bonus until the money has come through. Money is very tight and I made this purchase before I needed it purely because of the £5 bonus. I had no idea it would take so long to receive it. I can see it being 'forgetten' about.

Pets at Home

Good products and click and collect service good. Unfortunately cash back didn't track and when I raised a case this was declined. The reason you are on here is for cash back so on that basis not recommended.
