I phoned up because I wanted to adjust my "smart cap". I was using the 3 network with no problems with PlusNet EE the phoned drop the first call after waiting to speak to a person 14 minutes the first time (sales) the call dropped before speaking to anyone.
The second time (sales then customer service) 60 minutes then the call dropped.
Then after that dropped all 10 calls no good if you expect to only use this network (I use 3 and Vodafone for the midlands and parts of wales).
PlusNet told me my coverage is excellent and there was no problem with the network.
Personally I rated that customer service as bad and very poor. My experience with plunest being a mobile, landline, and broadband customer. They seem to give you incorrect information, misleading information or don't know and won't answer the question.
You ask a question and give you a random answer that doesn't answer the question you asked e.g. Question: What the price of fish? Answer: the price of chicken is £5.
I have however been using data which doesn't mind when you loss connection randomly but that is SD, HD is a different matter.
