Avoid - and not just for cashback issues

I would recommend a quick Google for info on any broadband provider before taking the plunge and signing up. Do so and you'll find that all elements of the Post Office's broadband service take a panning in customer reviews, and this has been justified in my experience too. I wish I'd had the foresight to investigate before signing up with them. My issue with the cashback stems from the fact that they misinterpreted my initial order which was tracked through the website here, so they cancelled it and automatically re-registered it for me. Now they're refusing to tie the two together and pay the cashback. I had no choice in this. So for customer service they're poor, for cashback issues they're poor (I'm about to raise my third complaint on this), and the broadband service is poor. Please avoid!

Cashback refused

Took advantage of the £40 cashback offer but it was refused even though I'm a new client.
