Products fine but watch the cash back
I bought a range cooker and hood end of sept 2016. There was 5 week wait on item (that was ok) but after arranging day off and additional childcare at additional cost to me, was told at last minute that items could not be delivered. Contact from seller was good but reason for nondelivery was vague and contradictory. Appears the cooker hood went missing at couriers(?). Watch amount tracked back as I spent over £1700 with them but they only tracked £300 despite both items being bought at the same time and appearing on the same order. After following quidco advice of "Don't worry if the wrong amount is showing, it will be corrected later " and the fact that some cashbacks can take weeks and even months to process, I was too late to appeal being outside the 7 weeks allowed by retailer from purchase date.
