Didn't pay cash back

Thoroughly disappointed with Prestige flowers. I put a cash back claim in as the cash back was missing. However it was declined despite there being a record of me shopping there and I had an order number and date all matched. To be honest it was a shame as I send flowers regularly and I thought I'd try them out. The flowers were good as well but I found it annoying that they offer a high cash back rate but wouldn't honour it. Shows poor custom service and lack of business sense to me.

Declined payment

Unfortunately I have used Prestige Flowers on one occasion and the payment was declined and no reason given so decided to shop elsewhere

Avoid - Wilted flowers and no cashback

Flowers were delivered on time, but were badly wilted and not what you would want to give someone as a present. New flowers were sent after complaining but these weren't much better. Cashback didn't pay out. Avoid.
