Being a frequent and experienced Quidco user, I am well versed in the procedure to ensure that cashback comes through ie clear cookies, etc etc. I wasn't particularly perturbed at having to raise a claim when the cb did not track, that happens probably one in ten times anyway and is usually sorted without issue. However when I received the feedback from Quidco that the retailer was declining my cb because it had been paid to another referrer, I was disappointed. Now that I have read the reviews for Priceline on Quidco I realise I should have checked them first!! This was the first time I had used Priceline. From now on I'll stick with the reliable alternatives of Expedia et al.
