Poorly packaged item broken

Ordered a printed mug as a Christmas present on 16th December, arrived a week later on 23rd December which would have been fine but unfortunately the mug had been placed in a cardboard box with no other packaging resulting in the handle broken off! No time now to receive a replacement before Christmas :(

Made a purchase that did not track after clicking through from here. Raised a claim which was then declined. Having had an online chat with Quidco they informed me that the cash back has been paid to another referrer. I do not see how this is possible whatsoever. Very poor from printerpix and I shall advise everyone not to use them again.

Delivery Charges and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased gift vouchers for calendars and magic mugs, having purchased calendars for several years from Printerpix without issue. I completed my order for calendars and then went to complete my magic mug order, only to be advised that delivery costs would be £16.95 for 4 mugs, in addition to the cost of the voucher, effectively doubling the cost. While I expected to pay a delivery charge, to be advised of this high charge, at such a late stage in the purchase, was disappointing. I called Printerpix to query the charge, only to be told that the delivery charge was correct. The customer service I received was very poor, a representative promised that a manager would call me back to discuss cancelling my mug order, they never did. I won't be using Printerpix again.
