Why should I use Quidco Broadband Compare service?
Quidco Broadband Compare service is a comparison tool with a difference. In addition to comparing the best value broadband packages on the market you can also earn cashback when you switch!
You may not be aware, but each time you buy something through Quidco - in this case you might switch to a new broadband provider - we earn a commission. It’s this commission that we pass back to you as ‘cashback’.
It’s our way of thanking our members for using our service and it marks us out from our competitors.
How do I use Quidco Broadband Compare to earn cashback?
Browse cashback offers available on home, business and mobile broadband packages from a host of top broadband providers.
Find the package and offer that suits you by separating broadband, phone and TV bundles, check out deals local to you by entering your postcode or sort by broadband speed, contract length, monthly cost and amount of cashback.
When you've found a deal you like, simply click on the ‘Get cashback’ button to visit the provider’s website.
Then complete your purchase as normal. We’ll then track your purchase and when your cashback is confirmed we’ll pay it into your Quidco account.
How long will my cashback take?
Cashback earned via Quidco Compare usually takes four to six months reach 'Confirmed' status. As soon as your cashback is ‘Confirmed’ you’ll be able to withdraw it from your Quidco account.
Why do the rates for some broadband providers vary between retailer pages on Quidco and Quidco Broadband Compare?
The cashback rates you'll find on Quidco Broadband Compare may vary from elsewhere on the site. There’s nothing sinister about this, providers simply set different cashback rates for comparison services.
Be sure to check direct listings for any exclusive Quidco rates. Please note, cashback is only payable on the advertised packages - if you choose an alternative package cashback will be declined.
My cashback hasn’t tracked - what should I do?
If your purchase hasn’t tracked after 3 days, you will need to raise a missing cashback claim.
When raising a claim please ensure to select the provider's name alongside "(Quidco Compare Broadband)" as the designated retailer from the drop down list, so that we can ensure that your claim is passed to the correct partner.
Please note - missing cashback claims will only be accepted within 7 weeks of purchase.
Why is the claim associated with my purchase, made via Quidco Broadband Compare, showing a value of £20?
Our Broadband comparison service provider stores all the cashback rates and, unfortunately, at the moment these rates can't filter direct into a claim. We are working hard to improve this!
Currently all claims raised for Quidco Broadband Compare will show a set cashback amount of £20. If your cashback claim was offered at a higher rate please don't be concerned, as when your cashback claim is approved it will increase to the correct amount.
Why has my Quidco Broadband Compare purchase been declined?
If your purchase is declined, please raise a declined cashback claim. When raising a claim please be sure to select the provider's name alongside "(Quidco Compare Broadband)" as the designated retailer from the drop down list so that we can ensure that your claim is passed to the correct partner.
Please note - Declined cashback claims will only be accepted within 7 weeks of the decline date.
