Eleven months to pay out

This retailer took eleven months to pay out but at least it went through. The Web site seemed a bit antiquated with pop-out windows but, again, I was able to obtain a quote which is the main thing. I guess you only find out how good an insurer is when it comes to paying out!

Cashback declined

Cashback failed to track and was then declined three months later with no reason given.

Declined cashback even though I have proof of policy that is active

Failed to pay out the £33 cashback even after raising a claim with the policy number being provided. Quidco have tracked me visiting the insurer and I can prove I purchased the policy. The reason for not paying was not specific, I just got a list of possible reasons. I purchased online after following the link from Quidco as usual and it should have gone through like any other cashback transaction. I feel very disappointed that I allowed for this cashback amount when comparing the overall cost of policies available. I purchased in good faith and this has not been repaid. I will vote with my feet and will not use this insurer again next year or in the future. If I was still in the cooling off period I would cancel the policy now.
