Still waiting

It's been 5 months since my cashback was tracked. Still waiting for confirmation and payment. Not great.

very slow cash back

Hotel booking very straightforward and quality of service and customer focus good. have been using them regularly now for over 8 weeks. Prices can fluctuate depending on events in the areas of looking but would recommend and would use again. Just a shame the cash back is so very slow. First booking and stay was Feb - and still no cash back

Cashback declined

Booked one night in March for August this year, stayed the one night at Manchester airport claim denied stating - Unfortunately they have declined your claim, advising us that the order was either returned, amended or cancelled. No change was made to the booking and we certainly did not cancel as we spent the night in one of their lovely bedrooms. Not impressed
