Won't book with Ramada again

I noticed my room booking hadn't tracked properly straight away and raised a claim but waited weeks with no information before being declined. None of the reasons given are valid. It is very strange that a friend booked at the same time and their cashback has also been declined. Not happy. Will book elsewhere in future.

Declined claims for no good reason! Very poor!

I booked two rooms on different days, paid for the rooms online when I booked. The system did not track the activities. After I came back from the stay, I raised claims for both bookings, both got declined for no reasons. Don't trust that it says 3.3% on all complete bookings, it's a lie. Also, one of the rooms we booked was a family room. We arrived in the evening with my child feeling very sleepy, they checked us into a twin room. We had to walk back to ask for our family room which they eventually sorted, had to carry our luggages back and forth with my toddler wanting to sleep. No one offered any help. All in all, not really a good experience. Disappointing.

Cash back Tracking?

I have stayed many times at this hotel but it has never tracked. I always book through Quidco and check to see if the travel agency reference number appears in the booking which it does yet still no tracking. I have yet to have a successful claim Anyone else having similar issues. i don't seem to have issues with any other sites. On a plus note. Ramada Warwick Kenilworth - great restaurant serving English/Indian menu and friendly staff.
