Declined claims for no good reason! Very poor!
I booked two rooms on different days, paid for the rooms online when I booked. The system did not track the activities.
After I came back from the stay, I raised claims for both bookings, both got declined for no reasons. Don't trust that it says 3.3% on all complete bookings, it's a lie.
Also, one of the rooms we booked was a family room. We arrived in the evening with my child feeling very sleepy, they checked us into a twin room. We had to walk back to ask for our family room which they eventually sorted, had to carry our luggages back and forth with my toddler wanting to sleep. No one offered any help.
All in all, not really a good experience. Disappointing.
