5 months since purchase, still awaiting cashback

Whilst I fully appreciate this is not due to Quidco, and whilst I don't assume cashback payments, I am rather disappointed that Rentalcars have not yet paid cashback for an October hire. It really shouldn't take this amount of time.

Decent cash back but don't expect speedy payment

A fairly straightforward experience but the devil is in the detail so make sure you read it. As stated in terms, cashback will not be confirmed until 8-12 weeks after the vehicle drop off date. My cashback tracked immediately but true to form, it was exactly 10 weeks to the day of dropping off my rental car that my payment finally arrived on July 3. I didn't have to go chasing on this so for that I am thankful, just be patient :-)

cashback tracking is fast but confirmation is super slow

It's been 2 months since I have used and return the car but the payment has not been confirmed yet. Super slow!
