Six weeks and still not recieved my order

I ordered a custom built scooter at the beginning of November. When it failed to arrive and I'd not heard from Ripped Knees I contacted them to be told parts were delayed. I asked to order a different scooter as I wanted it as soon as possible. As before, time passed and my order wasn't despatched as they said another part was out of stock. Once again, I ordered a different part and paid the additional cost. It is now the 19th December and I've had a refund as the order still hasn't be despatched. It appears they've taken on more orders than they can cope. Rather than admit this they are lying about despatch dates. I was told the scooter was built last week yet at 5pm today it still hadn't left their shop.
