declined cashback

Don't expect to get you're £25 cash back after 6 months declined cash back claiming they had already paid a third party rubbish won't deal with them again. Also not pleased with quidco for not chasing this motely crew up. Why have they still got them on their site. Very disappointed.

Only take insurance if it is cheaper without the cashback.

Like others my cash back on car insurance has been declined with Saga saying that they have paid another retailer. I thought that I had done it correctly but apparently not. The advice that Quidco gave was (post decline) : 1) Always clear your browser cookies before clicking through to the retailer from Quidco, so there are no other potential cookies for other affiliates that the sale could be attributed to 2)Always ensure that you have cookies enabled on your browser, and aren't using a private window, ad-blocker or pop-up blocker; this will ensure the sale can be attributed back to Quidco 3)Never use a saved quote when buying insurance, always create a brand new quote, through Quidco 4) Always complete your purchase in one sitting and fully online 5)Never use a voucher or discount code that isn't listed on Quidco Hope that this might help others as this is the second decline that I have had recently (Ticketmaster). I am starting to think, is Quidco worth the effort. I also had a lot of hassle proving my no claims bonus to Saga. All in all a poor experience.

Do not use as they will not pay cashback!!

Saga are telling Quidco that they have paid my cashback to another retailer? i don't agree with this as I only went through Quidco, I cleared all cookies as requested yet they are still refusing to pay. I don't understand how Quidco can let them get away with this? Disgusted by this to be honest as it is false advertising. Offering cashback and then declining it once the policy is bought by saying that I bought it through a different retailer when I know for a fact that I didn't. Quidco don't seem to do much about it either apart from sending me a repeat email when I complain!
