cashback not paid

I made a purchase via quidco which didn't tracked, put in a ticket through and now got a response back from quidco stating samsung has declined to pay the cashback as it's was paid to another referrer, am quite baffled by this as I don't know who this other referrer is, why were they allowed to obtain this commission fraudulently even though I went through quidco?, how was this referrer able to intercept the transaction process between me clicking through quidco and being on the samsung website?, how were they able to put in a false commission claim convincing samsung I came through them when I didn't?, it does need investigated as this is wrong

Misleading cashback amounts, slow cashback speed.

I was promised 3% cashback, but only 1% tracked. I then submitted an 'incorrect cashback amount' claim for the other 2%. 3 months later, it gets declined due to 'cashback being paid to another referrer', even though I am the only one claiming on this since no one else has the order details but myself.

Cashback declined for two TVs dont expect cashback from Samsung

Hi, I have been a member for 11 years on Quidco with £2600+ in cashback alone, I always clear my cookies before clicking the link - I was horrified to learn that both cashbacks for both TV's were declined, on two separate occasions. My cashback was declined with a reason: Unfortunately, the retailer has declined your claim, advising us that the cashback has been paid to another referrer. This is untrue as I never went through another site. I want Quidco to publish reviews, real reviews not just the ones that are positive. Dont expect cashback from Samsung!
