Bad faith retailer.

I am extremely disappointed by Sandos attitude who refused to pay the cashback on the holiday we took in February. They said that we amended our booking but that was not true as the package was not modifiable- you had to pay 100% at the time of the booking and could not amend it other wise you lost everything. I stayed at the resort for the dates specified and paid the booking as on the invoice.
