Very poor

I never leave negative reviews but this is the exception... Scottish Power did not contact me for an 'initial inspection' so when my boiler developed a £200 fault six months into the contract they said that I am liable as my boiler is not insured. Unless you intend to chase Scottish Power to arrange the initial inspection (as it is in their interests not to contact you at all) then this is not the policy for you.

Cash back swizz

I should have got £30 cash back instead of the £1 I will now get as Quidco requires a claim to be raised within 7 weeks of the purchase date, but Scottish Power won’t start the tracking cashback until 2 months after that date. This discrepancy has cost me £29 pounds. Plus they are very hard to deal with as you cannot arrange a boiler inspection date by phone, only cancel the one they send you. A really ridiculous system & very inefficient.
