Shocking Service!

Agree with the poster below, avoid this company like the plague! Placed an order 2 weeks ago for Christmas presents, and got an email 3 days later telling me order had been dispatched. First problem with these people is that their emails (or more importantly the Order Information on them) comes in a black box, with a black background... AND BLACK TEXT! So as far as I was concerned the order confirmation and dispatch notice were blank (bar the correct order number at the top). It was only when I received 3 of them that I realised what the issue might be with the text, and on dragging the cursor across the black the text actually appeared. Anyway, when the order arrived a few days later only half the items ordered actually arrived - but the email said they may arrive separately so I let it go. I left it a further week, but as it was approaching Christmas (20th Dec) I got worried and called them. Took forever to get through, and listening to the repetitive recording whilst on hold ("please give 21 days for delivery"), I thought, it could be the New Year before this item arrives! When I eventually got through I pressed them on the delay, their answer? "Sorry we're out of stock on that item, first delivery is 3rd February"!!!! I said, "but you charged me, confirmed the order, sent me a dispatch note and I'm waiting 2 weeks for it to be delivered - could somebody not have been in touch before this, it's Christmas in 5 days"!!! "Sorry about that sir, would you like a refund?" Absolute joke of a company, will update if a refund ever arrives - am not confident at all...!
