Never use Sixt again - Cashback declined, car smelled of sick and badly damaged

First time renting a car from Sixt Booking was for Australia. Hire was directed by Sixt to another company called East Coast Rentals without any notice. Could have rented directly from East Coast Rentals cheaper. I chose Sixt because it was a familiar brand. Did not expect, note was I informed that the rental would be with another, unknown local company. Car smelled of sick. Was told would have to wait a day for another one. We were there for a wedding so on a schedule so had to take care as was. No compensation or even apology offered. The car was very badly damaged on the exterior, rear bumper falling off. Very embarrassed to arrive anywhere in this car. And after all this Sixt declined the cashback. Never again.
