Yet another decline, bet this is not top of the list either
Am disgusted with Sixt service, am also very disappointed in Quidco. This was declined a full 6-9 months before my trip and Quidco advised me to just raise a claim and it will be sorted. I could have cancelled the booking and chosen a different car hire company, it wasn't that they were so cheap, and they even ripped me off when I got to the USA. Would not recommend them to anyone, and now fell let down by Quidco for the first time EVER. Declining the claim in the end and just blaming Sixt is pathetic when I asked customer services if I should cancel and start again - Quidco took no responsibility, offered no apology for the advice given and cost me money.
