Cashback Takes Too Long

Sky takes too long to confirm cash back and Quidco don't do anything to help chase up for you. Don't see the point in paying for Premium membership as it doesn't get you anything. Very disappointed!!!

Refused cashback

Ordered Sky Fibre and had issues placing the order online. Had to call Sky Customer Services to help place the order. I double checked with the advisor that I would receive my £80 cashback via Quidco and I was ensured that I would. The order was placed in Nov 17. I have just received an email from Quidco stating that Sky have refused my cashback! Not happy, be very wary when placing your order.
